Bright Light, Snow and Reflections

Walk into the light!

Glad I’m not driving!

Two, or three?
It’s hard to imagine that Spring will soon be here when we still get frigid days and quite a bit of snow from time to time! I can’t wait for the transition between seasons! Even though I’ve done my fair share of complaining (although I try not to!), this winter has been a fun one for street photography and certainly for testing the limits of my gear in cold weather. My go to street photography camera and lens this winter was my trusty beat up 5D Mark II and the amazing 40mm STM from Canon. I’ll be doing a separate review of this lens simply because I love it so much!
Three fairly random shots to share with you.
My previous post A Journey To: Wat Si Chum
That first shot is just off the chain! Just a little through back saying there for ya too haha ;). Good stuff!
haha ~ thanks Rob! The morning walk to work can be a good time for photography :)
All are great shots, but the first one is fabulous! I love it!….the light!
Thanks Robyn! For that brief second or two, that light felt really good on a pretty cold day!
Walk into the light – LOVE this!!! Gorgeous photograph and perfect, moving caption ;) Happy snowy day, Mike :)
Thank you Allison! It was good timing that the person walked in front of me :) Hopefully the weather will get warmer soon!
Nice set. I prefer the softness of no. 2.
