Back from China
I’m back from another adventure; this time in China! Was an excellent vacation with many new memories made. A few photos from Beijing and Xi’an below.
I have a great deal to catch up with as it was not possible to do so while travelling. Over the next week or so, I’ll make my best effort to get to as many of your most recent posts as I can!
Cheers.
Welcome back, safely, Mike. I trust it was a fantastic excursion. Looking forward to more of your captures. These four are equal parts vivid and sensory – each telling a story on their own. Nice!
Thank you Eric!! It was a great vacation and as always, nice to get away to a different part of the world.
the second one is cool :)
Thanks Martha!
Wow I can’t even imagine the opportunities for street photography in China. Great images Mike and I can’t wait to see more :)
There are definitely many photo-worthy moments! I tried to pick and choose as best I could! Cheers, Joe! :)

Thank you Paulo! Much appreciated :)
For the record I liked this post and haven’t even looked at it yet. I just missed you something wild!! :) Glad you are back and hope it was amazing. I’ll go check it out now. lol
LOL ~ this comment made me smile :)
Unsurprisingly, these shots are gorgeous. I especially love the airplane. It looks like the promise of adventure. (hhhmmmm perhaps I need a vacation??) Thank you for sharing, as always, dear one.
Wishing you peace upon your return ~
Allison
I missed you too, Allison (like wild as well!)! I feel bad as I haven’t been around a lot lately – before and of course, during the trip.
It’s always great to go on vacation, so I hope you get the chance to do so!
Looking forward to catching up with you :)
Please do not feel bad! But do know that your presence and energy has an impact :) Worth waiting for!
WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!
I used to live in Hong Kong – you have an incredible talent for capturing the culture in the people. These pics made me reminisce about my time in Asia – super cool skill to deliver in photos. Thanks!
That is awesome that you lived in Hong Kong. It is a fantastic city and one of my favourite places to visit. I would love to go back in time and see Hong Kong of the 1960’s or 70’s.
welcome back Mike! glad to see you back in the digital world ;)
aaaah….Beijing and Xian are both in my list, great shots , i really Love the last one! the sky looks amazing!
I missed this one, Dalia; my apologies! They’re both worth visiting in my opinion, especially for us who enjoy wandering the streets in search of new subjects :) Thank you always.
Fantastic images, as usual! And welcome back, Mike. :)
Cheers, Malin! I just wish I could travel more often :)
